World Environment Day is Organised on 5th June every year. World Environment Day is one of the biggest days of recognition for encouraging people worldwide to save and protect our environment from different environmental challenges. The World Environment is also “People’s Day” which is a day to do something to take care of our environment.
World Environment Day is celebrated every year with a new theme every year. It was first held in 1974. It has been a flagship campaign for raising awareness on emerging from environmental issues to marine pollution, human Overpopulation, and global warming, to sustainable consumption and wildlife crime.
World Environment Day has grown to become a global platform for the public, with participation from over 143 countries annually. World Environment Day 2020 will focus on Biodiversity. It will be hosted in Colombia in partnership with Germany. This year the theme of World Environment Day 2020 is “Time For Nature”.
Drawing competition is organized by Saathi News before World Environment Day and results will be published given on 5 June. Students need to draw any painting related to Environment. This is time to show your creativity for the environment.

Eligibility To Participate
Only Class 1st – 8th Students can participate in this competition.
Rules To Participate
Students Can Submit their drawings till 6:00 PM on 4th June.
Students Can submit their drawings twice if they made mistake while submitting 1st Time. However, if they made a mistake the second time then they can submit third time through mail our mail address is email@example.com
Uploading image must not exceed 8 Mb.
How To Participate
Step 1 : Fill Your Name
Step 2 : Email address ( if you don’t have one you can use your parents email id )
Step 3 : Fill your phone No. with Country code ( +91 for India )
Step 4 : Fill School Name
Step 5 : Enter your class ( 1- 8 )
Step 6 : Describe about your self ( like your father name, your mother name, where you live and your hobbies )
Step 7 : Click on Choose Your file and upload
Step 8 : Fill Captcha and then click on Participate.
All the participants will get an E-Certificate. And Winner of the competition Will get featured in our Up Coming Magazine on World Environment Day.
