HEART ATTACK vs CARDIAC ARREST :

Spread the love

HEART ATTACK AND CARDIAC ARREST both are heart-related problems.
Many people are confused that these two are the same but no, they both are different.

HEART ATTACK – Heart receives oxygen-rich blood from the lungs and pumps it through your arteries to the rest of the body.
If blood can not come in the heart, then it means that there is a blockage in the arteries.

.

In this case, the heart does not get blood, and the heart is unable to supply the blood to the body due to which heart stops the blood and the person gets a heart attack.

Heart attack never happens suddenly, it gives some symptoms like:-
• Chest pain
• Unusual tiredness
• Sudden dizziness
• Cold sweat
• Heartburn – like feeling
• Discomfort or tingling in arms, back, neck, shoulders, or jaw.
• Shortness of breath.
• Nausea or vomiting

TREATMENTS:
1. ANGIOPLASTY– a heart attack is cured by angioplasty.
ANGIOPLASTY is a procedure to restore blood flow through the arteries. The doctor threads a thin tube through a blood vessel in the arm or groin up to the involved site in the artery. The tube has a tiny balloon on the end.

2. BYPASS SURGERY – It is used to improve blood flow to your heart. A surgeon uses blood vessels taken from another area of the body to bypass the damaged arteries.

CARDIAC ARREST – There is an electric signal in the heart, which is called ELECTROCARDIOGRAM ( ECG).
If the ECG is ok, it means the heart is working well.

But when the cardiac arrest happens, the electric signals become unstable due to which the vibration starts in all four chambers of the heart and the chambers do not have enough strength to pump and supply the blood to the body.

There are no symptoms of a cardiac arrest if a person suddenly has a cardiac arrest he needs immediate treatment, if a person does not have any treatment he will die.

TREATMENT:-
Difilter – Defiler is an efficient tool to even out tonal imbalances in a recording or reduce resonant peaks on dips in the frequency spectrum basically, a doctor gives a shock on the patient’s chest to normal their abnormal activities in their heart, if a person do not normal within 4-5 minutes then he will die.

So it is a major difference between heart attack and cardiac arrest, in heart attack, there is a blockage in arteries due to which heart stops the blood circulation but in cardiac arrest, there are no symptoms.
Cardiac arrest is more dangerous because there are no symptoms of it. AND CARDIAC ARREST both are the heart.
